About us

Hi! I'm Arshia, an NHS Senior Clinical Psychologist, Neurodevelopmental CAMHS Team Lead, and Lecturer at University of London. I founded InPsych Mind to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate psychological services to people looking for mental health support. Most of my clinical therapeutic and assessment work is with children and young people, and I specialise in working with autism, ADHD, and all forms of neurodiversity.

I also have a strong research presence, and have published clinical work on adolescent depression, reflective parenting, coercive control, and leadership in clinical psychology. My work on adolescent depression, reflective parenting, and coercive control has contributed to the evidence base of these conditions and approaches.

I use a variety of therapeutic models in my work, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, family therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Providing individualised support and person-centred care is of utmost importance to me, and my therapeutic approach always includes prioritising your values, needs, and cultural beliefs.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Our team comprises of experienced senior clinicians in the NHS, including Clinical Psychologists and CBT therapists who work in our Therapy clinic, and Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Nurses working in our Assessment clinic. All our clinicians are highly qualified and experienced, ensuring you always receive the highest standard of care at InPsych Mind.
