FAQ

1. How long do your assessments take?

For autism, ADHD, and cognitive assessments, the entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks, including consultations, testing, and report preparation. After the report is completed, we can book in a feedback appointment to discuss results.

For mental health assessments, reports take 1-2 weeks for completion after the clinical appointment is scheduled.

2. Are your services covered by insurance?

Coverage varies by provider. We recommend checking with your insurance company for specific details. We are registered with Vitality, AXA, and Aviva!

3. Do you offer just screening tests for ADHD or autism assessments instead of having to go through the whole assessment process?

Yes! We do offer just screening, in case you are not sure if you wish to go through the whole assessment process right now. Our screening process for ADHD and autism (this will also include screening for emotional problems) costs £400 and we provide a report outlining the likelihood of the condition. If you then wish to go through the whole assessment, we can deduct the screening price from your price.
